PRAP Data Acquisition Modules
The Basic Data Acquisition Module permits the fully integrated
collection of resonance spectra into PRAP directly from a variety of
impedance analysers. Measurement control is enhanced by support of
temperature controllers and the passive monitoring of thermocouples,
stress controllers, and DC bias controllers or high voltage power supplies.
Additional data acquisition modules utilize the PRAP Compound file to
automate collection of a set of spectra as a function of measurement
parameters such as DC bias, temperature, time, etc. The additional
optional data acquisition modules require the Basic Data Acquisition Module.
